Skip and Fast Forward Videos on YouTube Video Player
YouTube has introduced new options in their video player to help readers control the playback speed.
YouTube’s media player is quite advanced flash video player and this add-on improves the video experience.
You can skip the YouTube video forward or backward by using number keys on your keyboard. For instance, if you want to skip 10% of the video – press 1 and similarly if you want to skip the video 20%, 30% or 50% forward press 2, 3 and 5 respectively.
Other than browsing the video using above mentioned shortcuts, you can also control the speed at which the video plays on your computer.
You can faster forward it if you are feeling that the video is boring or slow it down if you want to type or note some important points from the video.
YouTube has added these intelligent options to their video player which existed in regular media players.
You can download YouTube videos and use these options on any media player, if you don’t like streaming videos online.
