LG introduced a new Android Smartphone which earns most of its points not because of technical specs but style quotient. PRADA Smartphone by LG has a sleek body design and somewhat powerful hardware on the inside which makes it a lucrative hybrid of two popular brands – one in the field of technology and the other in Fashion.
PRADA Smartphone by LG comes with a 4.3-inch NOVA display (the one which is used on LG Optimus Black). NOVA is display is bright but not as good as Sony’s Bravia Mobile Engine and Samsung’s Super AMOLED Plus display. You can expect to cherish deeper shades of black with relatively lesser power consumption on this phone.
PRADA Smartphone by LG is equipped with a 1 GHz dual-core processor (the one which is used in LG Optimus 3D). Although there are several Smartphones available in market with dual core processors clocked up to 1.5 GHz but I think this processor would be sufficient for people who are going to buy this sexy-looking device.
LG is going to release PRADA Smartphone by LG with Android OS v2.3 Gingerbread along with several custom features. Also, the brand has promised to provide an ICS upgrade at some point in the future.
Camera & Optics
PRADA Smartphone by LG would have an 8-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash and would be capable of recording Full HD 1080p videos.
It is rumored that it might have an NFC chip as well, but LG is silent about it for the time being.
Who should buy it?
PRADA Smartphone by LG is preferably for women who are currently not using a high-end Smartphone but want to upgrade a phone that feels light in the hand, is powerful in performance and looks stylish. In short, PRADA Smartphone by LG is complete eye-turner.
It is expected to hit UK market around Q1 2011.
