Nokia has expanded its Asha series in India by announcing two new budget phones — Asha 311 and Asha 305.
Asha 311’s USP is good looks, besides that, you get 3” resistive touchscreen, 1 GHz processor, 3.2-megapixel camera (without flash), 256 MB of internal memory and nearly 6 hours of talktime on a 3G network. Priced at Rs. 7,139, Asha 311 is good looking phone that flexes some muscle.
Asha 305 on the other hand is for those who are on a really low-budget. Priced at Rs. 5,029, Asha 305 offers the same display as Asha 311, a toned down 2-megapixel camera (without flash) and dual-SIM support.
Asha 311 will hit Indian markets from 12th of August whereas 305 can be purchased right now.

When will Win 8 phones come to UK?
Nokia Asha’s 311 & 305 are very good mobile phones in a budget price but I think they have symbian 40 OS that is the only drawback. What do you say?
