When everybody is showing their art to design a Tablet PC at the CES 2011 how can Gigabyte be left out. Gigabyte Tablet PC S1080 has been revealed at the same of CES 2011.

Although in design it looks quite heavy, indeed, not a perfect design for a Tablet PC at all but still it managed to attract us because of some unique features that are not normal for a Tablet PC to have.

For the record it runs on a dual core Atom N550 processor which is possibly a dream processor for all Netbook users.

Gigabyte Tablet PC S1080 doesn’t have a multi-touch input method so if you like scribbling you fingers on the touch screen of Portable computers; you will surely miss that here.

Gigabyte Tablet PC S1080 is preferably for those who just want to keep an additional tablet PC in case their laptop malfunctions.  :D

Gigabyte Tablet PC S1080 price is expected to be somewhere around $300. I would have loved to see it run on Android and not on Windows 7 but still if you like tablet PCs like HP Slate which run on Windows 7 Os, you can try Gigabyte Tablet PC S1080 out.
