Useful Android App: RemoteRinger
RemoteRinger (download) is a new app for Android users that would help them find them phone in “silent mode” when they misplace it.
In silent mode, the phone ringer won’t work and therefore it would become very difficult to locate your handset but with RemoteRinger app you can assign a code and a designated phone number (this number must be accessible by you whenever needed) and track your cell phone easily.
Now, once you have misplaced your phone, you can send the code in the form of a text message via the designated number and your Android would start ringing, it is a new app, so there would be bugs but the idea sounds very useful.
