Android: Best Operating System for Mobile Devices

Android Best OS in Unites States

Google-Android-OS-Statistics

Don’t get surprised after hearing it, if you are using another OS then i am not saying to throw that mobile phone away but you can consider upgrading to a Android OS operated Mobile Phone which seems to be the case with several hundred thousand people in the United States.

According to statistics revealed by a team of market research headed by Nielsen suggests that in past 6 month Google OS Android has taken over more than 33 percent of market smartphone share.

RIM’s BlackBerry OS is the worst hit as the numbers for them has dropped significantly, i would give Android Apps Store and so many premium features from Google the main reason for this.

In my opinion, BlackBerry Mobile Phones and BlackBerry OS are good but it doesn’t provide much fun apps and games for users which means the devices remain stuck and limited to the Office guys other than that iOS4 operated iPhone 4 is very costly, in India it is available for Rs. 40000 (899.48 USD).

On the other hand Android Gadgets start from as low as Rs. 10000 in India, see Samsung Galaxy 3 and Samsung Galaxy 5 for example.

The choice at the end remains with the consumers, in Unites States, Android is chosen as the Best Operating System for Mobile Devices, in India? Well talking to my friends suggests that Android OS phones are quite popular.

Dear readers, a question for you, which is your favorite OS, Google Android, BlackBerry OS, iOS4 or any else? Please share your views and become a part of GizJets Family.

Right. So because it’s in highest demand (I wonder if it being on a ton of different phones, most of which cost a fraction of the iPhone, has anything to do with it) it’s better?

Yeah, okay, Science student. Maybe you should have taken some statistics courses and learned the definition of bias.

Hey Mark, i would suggest you read the article once more because i wrote there that the final choice always depends with the consumer and in India android is much more popular these days that ios4 so… i wrote that.

ipod touch and iphone 4 os are good i am not saying anything against them but they are well over-hyped and costly.

well, there is samsung galaxy s2 launched as well, i don’t really prefer large screen size phone and thus if given a choice would go for samsung galaxy ace, android and 3.2″ screen size.
